A winter white look is one of those classic combinations that I've always been drawn to. I've mentioned plenty of times that I am a white all-year-round kind of girl, but there's something about a crisp, polished white look in the winter that I can't stop indulging in.

In my opinion, there is a right way and a wrong way to do winter white, and in this case, there can be too much of a good thing! Keep reading to see my tips for styling winter white this season.

DO  mix and match different textures, like my cable sweater (also love paring this sweater with these neutral wide legs for work)

DO add dimension if you're going for an all-white look, with different shades of white and cream.

DON'T  over-accessorize. When it comes to white, less is always more. I paired my look with this beret, a light grey scarf (similar) and cat eye sunnies with a little added texture.

DO  pair winter white with denim. It's such a classic combination that styles beautifully in the winter. One of my favorite looks is a camel cashmere sweater with an ivory coat, medium wash denim and a pair of nude pointed toe suede booties.

DON'T  be afraid to add a small pop of color to spice things up. I love doing this with a bag or a hat. I tend to pair white with greens, peaches and reds.

DO  try all white from head to toe. I love a sweater with a pair of wide legs or denim and a neutral shoe.

DON'T  ever do white tights. Just don't.
