2021 Gift Guide for the Beauty Guru

I remember growing up, receiving beauty-themed gift sets that seemed really great in the moment, but never really got put to use. When I put together my favorite beauty gifts each year, I always like to share my personal favorites, or similar items I have and use in my beauty routine regularly. Our 2021 gift guide for the beauty guru features some of my ride-or-die tools and accessories, plus great gifts that also double as stocking stuffers!

Make sure to also pop over to holiday home, where you can shop 150+ gifts by category.

T3 Curling Iron - The biggest question whenever I bring up T3 is always: Is the brand worth it? Forget my opinion; so many of my friends who I have recommended this brand to (specifically the ones with hair that would never cooperate or lose curls in minutes), say they can't live without their T3 products. The 1.25" clip barrel is my top rec for everyday girls for almost any hair length or type. I've used this brand for over 20 years now, and never plan on switching!

Dr. Jart+ Masks - One of the very few masking brands that works for my sensitive skin! This set is great to buy at a discounted price and then split up between multiple people for stocking stuffers, too.

Facial Steamer - This is a fun one for anyone in your life who loves their skincare. I mean, is there really anyone out there saying no to at-home mini facials??

Blow Dry Brush - I first tried a blow dry brush about a year ago, and I love how easy it has made quicker styling days. Dry Bar's version comes highly recommended, and T3 also recently released their version, which is on my own wishlist this year!

Makeup Brush Cleaning Mat - Great add-on gift or stocking stuffer! This mat suctions to your sink and makes cleaning your makeup brushes actually kind of fun.

Gisou Haircare Set - Gisou's honey-infused haircare set comes with a little bit of everything; a hair oil, hair mask, shampoo, and conditioner.

MAC Eyeshadow Palette - Always stick to neutral, everyday colors if you're gifting makeup. I love the shades in this pocket-sized palette.

Riki Mirror - The Riki mirror has been one of my favorite additions to my beauty & skincare routine, especially when it comes to travel. You could do a full face of makeup in the pitch black with its LED (we tried this on stories!) and it's super slim and compact for traveling.

Plush Aerie Robe - This cozy robe is on my own list this year! Be on the lookout for promos, because it's often on sale.

Vanity Organizer - This would be a fun gift to fill with a brush set or some makeup. I use similar organizers for my makeup that sit right on my bathroom counter, and not only does it look pretty, but it just makes everyday makeup easy and organized.
