Here's Everything You Need For Your Thanksgiving Tablescape

Joe and I are hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year which I'm very excited about. But before we decide on the menu, drinks, and those details, you know I had to start a Thanksgiving tablescape mood board weeks in advance.

This year, I'm all about a cozy, earthy, dainty tablescape, and honestly, I'm having so much fun with it! I love putting together a visual idea first and then shopping based on that - I find the process to be more seamless than shopping on a whim. I'm trying to use a lot of items we already own, but since I have a pretty specific vision in mind, I'm also shopping for new pieces.

Whether you need an updated gravy dish, pretty candle inspo, or ALL THE THINGS, I've got you covered below. Just click each item to shop!

3 easy tips for creating the perfect Thanksgiving tablescape

01. Stick to a theme/color palette

Whether you're into traditional and simple, earthy and neutral or whimsical and colorful, build your Thanksgiving tablescape around a theme with a color palette of 3-5 similar colors in mind.

02. Bring in texture

Whether it's a fun taper candle, unique serveware or even cloth napkins, bring in some different textures to add some depth to the table.

03. Don't forget florals

Florals are a great piece to fill in larger gaps of space on a table. Afloral is great for dried arrangements, which I especially love this time of year. I'll also try to remember to cut some fresh hydrangeas as they start to change color and let them dry out naturally - makes for the perfect addition to the tablescape.
