Sephora VIB Sale: What I'm Buying & Trying

The Sephora VIB sale always comes up so quick and I find myself scrambling for what I need. This time around, however, I decided to do a little bit of planning ahead in terms of new purchases, so I had time to research what I wanted to try.

Of course, after asking for your holy grail recommendations on Instagram, I had a few last minute 'add to carts'. I was sent so many products by you guys that you swear by and so I thought it would be easiest for you to see them visually here in a post (versus a list on Instagram stories).

Below, you'll also find a quick run down of the products I'm refilling and personally can't live without, along with what I'm trying out!

What I'm refilling & what's in my bag
Makeup

+ I love Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet+ Foundation because of its coverage range. It's buildable for light wear on the weekends or full coverage on shoot days. I use shades F25 + F45 and mix depending on my skin tone.

+ If you're not a huge fan of a matte look like me, you will love Josie Maran's Argan Englightenment Illuminizer. Add one pump to foundation for a dewy finish.

+ Good mascara is hard to come by but I've found my match with Lancomé's Monsieur Big

Skincare

+ Dr. Jart+ masks will always be my favorite, especially the Water Replenishment for when you've had a little too much sun. Perfect time to stock up for $6 a pop.

+ Recently tried Dr. Brandt products for the first time and have permanently added them to my regimen. I keep the Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator in the shower and use weekly. So good!

+ If you're looking to try a new mask, Dr. Brandt's Magnetight has a super cool, clean removal with no washing required and leaves my skin feeling buttery soft.

Haircare

+ I will never stop talking about Olaplex. Ever. This bond builder/damage reverser has completely changed the makeup of my hair. This is a must if you haven't tried it.

+ You know I love my beachy waves and my favorite thing to finish my hair routine with is Herbivore's Sea Mist. It smells heavenly and leaves my hair textured without the stickiness or stiffness.

+ MorocconOil is another forever-favorite of mine! I always have the original treatment on hand and apply to damp hair for a super-smooth dry.

What I'm trying for the first time

+Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment. This has been such a highly-regarded product and also recommended by so many of you! It clarifies and smoothes fine lines.

+Urban Decay Naked3 palette. For someone who isn't huge into eye shadow, I sure like to collect em. I love that the Naked palettes are mostly neutral-based and thought the warm tones in this one would be perfect for Spring/Summer.

+ Bumble + Bumble Pret-a-Powder Dry Shampoo. Have previously tried Living Proof (great but didn't love the smell), and currently using Amika (also not fond of the smell). Third time's a charm and this one comes at the top of every beauty blogger's list.

+ MoroccanOil Hydrating Restorative Treatment. Have been in major need of a hair mask and if it's anything else like MO's other products, I'm sure I'll love it.

+ NARS Multiple in Hot Sand. I love the multiple for Spring/Summer. Currently use shade "orgasm" but wanted to try something a little peachier.

+ Sephora Collection Radiant Luminizing Drops. For $8, I wanted to give these a try! Purchased shade 01 - Ultralight.

Your holy grail products

I asked you to send me your ride-or-die recs, and I 100% regret it. Can't tell you how many I added to my cart! Excited to try out some of the products you love.

+ Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask has incredible reviews. Always like to keep something by my bed to apply at night!

+ Drunk Elephant is blowing up right now but I don't know where to start! The Sukari Babyfacial was high recommended by quite a few of you!

+ It Cosmetics CC Cream is also everywhere and I've heard great things about this one; but then, a follower showed me a video of this Eborian CC Cream which goes on white and blends to your skin tone like literal MAGIC.

+ Glamglow and Ouai are two more brands that have been on my list to try! You guys recommended the GG Supermud Mask + the Ouai Texturizing Foam.
