Let's Talk Workout Leggings!

If quarantine has done one unexpected thing for me, it has forced me to become more consistent with my fitness routine. I made a commitment to myself when this whole thing started to try and get moving for at least an hour a day. I mean, in theory, it sounded like the least I could do with all of my extra time! I started out with BBG (see my full post + fitness story here), transitioned to dance cardio and treadmill walks/runs and am now just finishing up Chloe Ting's Summer Shred program (download the calendar here). Coupled with intermittent fasting, which I also started a few months ago, my body is feeling great, my energy levels are up and my anxiety is at an all-time low.

Leggings are something we all pretty much wear on the regular, right?! So I figured it'd be the perfect time to round up my all-time favorite brands and styles of workout leggings.

I tend to prefer a legging with a bit of compression, as I feel like it helps me focus on keeping my core tight. I also work high-impact into almost every workout, so I'm always looking for a fabric that is both moisture-wicking and that holds me in. Here are my favorites!
