Wine and I have been BFF's this winter. There's something about coming home from a long work day after a freezing commute and enjoying a glass of red wine accompanied by some good TV that just feels good

That being said, I love holiday seasons (especially v-day), because it gives me an excuse to ditch the wine + do things a little different for a change. Of course, Valentine's Day cocktails are always that much more appealing to make and enjoy with your girlfriends! If you're not throwing a Galentine's Day party this year though, make it a point to try something new for yourself or with your significant other.

These 10 Valentine's Day cocktails are giving me all the heart eyes (I've also linked some of my fave bar tools too!)

1. Strawberries & Champagne Margarita

There are few things I enjoy more than a margarita. My go-to is actually strawberry jalapeno and let me tell you, I make a mean one.

This strawberries & champagne margarita from Pizzazzerie makes for the perfect v-day combo. Its a super easy 6-ingredient recipe which I love and the added pink crystallized sugar is the perfect touch.

2. Cran-Raspberry Spritzer

This has got to be one of the easiest, most perfectly-festive recipes to make. While the original recipe is non-alcoholic, you can simply add an ounce of  Strawberry vodka and voila!

3. Raspberry Pink Champagne Floats

Sucks for you if you don't like strawberries or raspberries, because I am going all out with them today. I mean...they do make the perfect ganish.

These raspberry pink champagne floats are made with raspberry sorbet. Literally my ideallll chilled cocktail.

4. Strawberry Shortcake Mimosas

Told you I was going all out. Strawberry shortcakes are one of my fave ice creams to get from the ice cream man (yeah, I still dabble every summer) and this drink is giving me all the feels.

With a mix of champagne, vodka, and strawberry flavored ice cream, you basically have....heaven.

5. Single Lady Sangria

10 minute prep time? I may not be single, but I'm in.

Love that this sangria is made with rosé, which gives it a more pinkish color! Also digging the idea of pomegranate juice as an addition to this batch cocktail.

 6. Love Potion #9 Triple Berry Martini

Where are all my dry ice handlers at?! No but seriously, what a cool touch! You may want to skip this part if you're on your own but the dry ice is a must in my opinion if you're throwing a party. I meeaaan...pretty cool party trick.

This recipe recommends strawberry basil vodka, which sounds absolutely delish. Definitely at the top of my list so far!

7. Kiss Me Quick Cocktail

So confession...when I first read this recipe I literally though this cocktail contained actual CAKE - got super excited - and then realized it was actually cake vodka.

A bit of a let down but I'm still pretty excited. While this one involves a little bit more work making a homemade raspberry sauce, the rest of it is a piece of cake (but srsly I wish it was)!

 8. Cherry & Cilantro Mojito

Loving this twist on the mojito...especially because it pairs perfectly with Mexican! Kind of craving tacos and mojitos for v-day now.

9. Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Jello Shots

Okay, this recipe seems a little tedious, I know...but the deliciousness outweighs the extra work. Perfect excuse to enlist the help of your girlfriends and celebrate!

10. Raspberry Ginger Beer Smash

This one's perfect for you moscow mule fans. A classic recipe with a twist of raspberry. Plus, the copper mugs make for the perfect rose-gold decorate accent!
