Fall soups - is there really anything better? I love cozying up on a Sunday at home, putting a soup on and enjoying it all day long. Anyone else eat like, 6 bowls of soup every time they make a batch? ?
I shared these soups on Instagram Stories this past weekend and I don't think I've ever seen so many swipe ups. I guess you guys like food?
These recipes are tried and true, and some of our favorites this time of year. Enjoy!
1. Asian Chicken Noodle Soup
I've shared this soup quite a few times on Instagram Stories over the last few week, and I don't think we'll get tired of it anytime soon. These ingredients come together to make the perfect broth, and the ramen (of course) makes the dish!
We leave out the sesame oil and cilantro in ours, and usually add leeks, onions or zuchinni.
2. Detox Crockpot Lentil Soup
I love lentil soups because they pack so much protein in one bowl. This clean and simple soup is made with familiar ingredients, which is so important when looking for a new recipe, and the best part...you can set it and forget it in the crockpot!
3. Green Chili Chickien
Enchilada Soup
I was sold on this after seeing the picture and the 10-minute prep time. We love Mexican in our house, and so any excuse to make a seasonal Mexican dish, I'll take!
My favorite thing about this soup is the toppings. Sour cream, pepper jack cheese, fresh lime...the possibilities are endless and I want them all.

4. Classic French Onion Soup
Sometimes I forget just how much I love a classic french onion soup. It's one of those dishes that doesn't require a lot of ingredients and is just plain easy to make. Plus, anything with lots of bread and cheese is a hard yes for me.

5. Minestrone Soup
Minestrone just warms me up. It's a go-to for us in the Winter, especially, but why not start a little early in the Fall? I love my veggies, and this soup is packed with plenty.
6. Chili Mac n' Cheese
Okay so I'm not entirely sure if this recipe constitutes as a soup, but we're going to go with it.
We discovered Damn Delicious a few years back and have been making Chunguh's recipes ever since (her sheet pan recipes are some of our go-to's for quick meals on week nights).
This is one of those recipes I knew I was going to love or hate right off the bat...and duh, I obviously love it. We use ground turkey instead of ground beef, and you can easily make this dish vegetarian too!
8. Potato Leek Soup
This is one of my favorite heartier soups, and one I love because it's so simple and requires only 6 ingredients. I recommend picking up an immersion blender for this one (you'll be surprised how many other uses you'll find for it too!) to make the blending process seamless.
8. Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup
You know that perfect pairing of grilled cheese and tomato soup? If it's one of your favorites, you'll love this spin on it. The cheesiness of the tortellini is the most delicious addition!
9. Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
Sign me up for any 30-minute soup! Being half Greek, this lemon chicken soup hits home and is a cozy, comforting dish perfect for this time of year. Cannelloni beans are substituted for noodles (which you can certainly also add in), which makes it a healthy, protein packed option.
9. Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Saved the best for last. This is probably our most-made soup recipe, that we actually make all year long. Simple, healthy + flavorful, and all done in the crock pot.
PS - if you're looking for a crock pot, ours is on sale for only $22!
What's at the top of your list to make?
