Colors I'm Into this Spring
We never get tired of a neutral moment over here, but there's something about adding a little color in come Springtime that just feels right. I've been seeing so many bright, bold colors this season and have kind of come to a happy medium with some of Spring's trending colors that feels just right for my taste.
I have my eye on lime greens, apple and pistachio tones rather than the bolder, more forest-y bright greens. This trenchcoat is my new favorite purchase (sized to a S) and pairs so nicely with jeans and a white tee! I also recently splurged on this bag which I think will be a great statement piece through Summer and into Fall.
Soft pinks are the one color I typically incorporate into my outfits once, but this season, I'm all about the bright, bubblegum tones. Colors like this can be easy to overdo, so I'll usually try to incorporate a pink like this into just one part of my outfit (unless it's a dress, of course). I recently picked up this bodysuit to style with jeans and a leather jacket for date night and I looove it (true to size, M).
Spring blues are my happy place. Maybe it's because I love denim so much, but something about blue tones and a simple white tee or a white sneaker just always work. I recently bought this blazer which I absolutely adore (I originally purchased a M, but swapped it for a L for a slouchier fit).
A note about Abercrombie's viral tennis dress: I really loved the concept of the built-in biker shorts and the material was great, however it was way too short! I'm 5'6", and would've needed a Tall.
