The Boot Edit: Best of Fall Boots for 2022

Boots are my Fall love language. I have way too many pairs scattered in various rooms throughout the house, and you know what? I don't feel the least bit guilty about it. They're just one of those things.

While I will definitely splurge for the right pair, I always have my eye out for affordable Fall boots and this year we've hit the jackpot. A lot of the pairs I rounded up below will be great Fall to Winter transitional styles, too. Sharing my favorite Fall boots for 2022 under $100, along with my most-worn styles of last season that I can't wait to bring back out this year.

Brands I love + keep coming back to

Dolce Vita

I've never tried a pair of  Dolce Vita shoes I haven't loved over the years. Their boot selection is a cut above the rest and while you'll spend a bit more shopping from this brand, the boots certainly have the quality to match the price-point. They have this way of doing on-trend but still wearable that just always works. The Caster was the single most-worn boot in my closet last season! This brands runs true to size and has generally been very comfortable with each pair I've purchased.

Marc Fisher

Marc Fisher boots (save stackable code LTD2122 for 20% off all season long) take up an overwhelming amount of space in my shoe closets.  I have boots dating back 5+ years ago that I've worn to death and still look great. This brand generally runs true to size and has a pretty solid comfort level.

Sam Edelman

Sam Edelman is a brand always at the top of my list because of how comfortable their shoes are. This is also a brand where I have pairs that have lasted me for years and years. This brand runs true to size.

PS - If you're attending any weddings this Fall, the Sam Edelman Daniella style is always my go-to!

Matisse, while a smaller selection of boots overall compared to the brands above, has some beautiful styles and carries one my favorite boots of all-time, the Caty. Known for their comfort, Matisse does a really great job of bringing in some Western flair to their designs. This brand sometimes runs 1/2 size small  (I size up 1/2 size in the Caty) and always has great comfort.
