Sephora VIB Sale: What I'm Buying & Trying
I feel like it was just last month that I was filling up my cart for the Sephora VIB sale. Needless to say, the sale came at the perfect time because I'm in need of some serious product refills. While I enjoy trying out new makeup, I also am a firm believer in sticking with what I love. If I'm reaching for a product refill, it's because it really is THAT good, and it's becoming a permanent part of my makeup routine.
Below, you'll also find a quick run down of the products I'm refilling and personally can't live without, along with some of the new products I'm trying out!

What I'm refilling & what's in my bag
Makeup
+ I had been using Josie Maran's Argan Enlightenment Illuminzer in my routine forever and recently switched to the Becca liquid highlighter after I ran out. I have to say, I've tried so many liquid highlighters/illuminizers, and nothing is as good as this one! I mix it in my foundation for a lightweight, dewy finish.
+ Not refilling this quite yet but I couldn't go without mentioning it. Laura Mercier totally upped her game when she released the translucent setting powder in "Glow". Think setting powder meets highlighter - genius.
Skincare
+ I literally ran out of my last pump of Good Genes this AM. Check out this recent post to learn more about this life-changing lactic acid treatment.
+ I've talked a lot about my love for St. Tropez on my stories. Believe me when I say that I have tried every self tanner under the sun. This is by far my favorite (esp. for light skin). I've tried all of St. Tropez's shades, including the instant tan, and I've found the dark mousse to be the most effective and long-lasting.
+ Always stock up on Dr. Jart+ masks during the sale. My favorites are the water replenishment and the brightening.
Haircare
+ I will never stop talking about Olaplex. Ever. This bond builder/damage reverser has completely changed the makeup of my hair. This is a must if you haven't tried it.
+ This product was on my "what I'm trying" list during the last sale and I have been using it ever since! If you're looking for a great dry shampoo, give Bumble + Bumble's Pret-a-Powder a try.
What I'm trying for the first time
+ Tarte Opening Act Lash Primer - Have used lash primers in the past and really liked the results, so giving this highly-recommended one a try!
+ Dr. Jart+ Shake & Shot Rubber Mask - This just looks too fun not to try, and I know Dr. Jart's products deliver great results!
+ Fresh Vitamin C Glow Antioxidant Face Mist - This mist delivers a fresh, dewy glow + a shield of antioxidant protection. Perfect for a midday refresh.
+ Hush Gunk Remover Kit - Last time Mal did my hair, she told me all about mineral build-up and how bad it is for your hair, which I had NEVER heard of. Now, it's all I think about! Saw this kit by Hush in Sephora's new arrivals and v excited to give it a try.
+ Drybar Hot Toddy Heat Protectant Mist - I've learned over the years how important heat protectants are + this one came highly recommended by Mal.
+ Olaplex Bond Maintenance Shampoo + Conditioner - If this duo is anything like Olaplex No.3, it's going to be my new favorite shampoo/conditioner.
+ Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter - Will have to wait until after the sale for this one since it's not yet re-stocked but I borrowed this from Linds once on a girls trip and was suuuper impresses. Really loving Charlotte Tilbury lately!
+ Herbivore Lapis Balancing Facial Oil - One of the only products in the Herbivore skincare line I haven't tried yet, and I have nothing but good things to say about them, so giving this one a try!
What I'm trying for the first time
+Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment. This has been such a highly-regarded product and also recommended by so many of you! It clarifies and smoothes fine lines.
+Urban Decay Naked3 palette. For someone who isn't huge into eye shadow, I sure like to collect em. I love that the Naked palettes are mostly neutral-based and thought the warm tones in this one would be perfect for Spring/Summer.
+ Bumble + Bumble Pret-a-Powder Dry Shampoo. Have previously tried Living Proof (great but didn't love the smell), and currently using Amika (also not fond of the smell). Third time's a charm and this one comes at the top of every beauty blogger's list.
+ MoroccanOil Hydrating Restorative Treatment. Have been in major need of a hair mask and if it's anything else like MO's other products, I'm sure I'll love it.
+ NARS Multiple in Hot Sand. I love the multiple for Spring/Summer. Currently use shade "orgasm" but wanted to try something a little peachier.
+ Sephora Collection Radiant Luminizing Drops. For $8, I wanted to give these a try! Purchased shade 01 - Ultralight.
